I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel in Chiangmai. The attention to detail and level of service from the staff was outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure my happiness, from the free high tea at the swimming pool to the sweet note left in my room every night. The rooms were beautiful and filled with amenities, making my stay comfortable and convenient.

No negative aspects to mention, everything was excellent.

I had a lovely stay at a truly beautiful resort setting in the heart of a big city! The location suited me perfectly, with its quiet and friendly area. The courtyard and gardens of the resort were so beautiful, it was hard to believe I was in a big city. Despite a few drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a great atmosphere and was very nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. They offered free afternoon snacks and the room was spacious and clean. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. It was just a short taxi ride from the city center and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel also had a beautiful pool and free Wi-Fi, which was great for staying connected.

The hotel's location is great, as it is close to several good restaurants and bars, and it's easy to move around to explore the city's attractions. The complimentary breakfast is quite good, with a selection of local and international dishes.

The hotel's surroundings can be a bit noisy, as it's located in a busy area with traffic and construction. Also, the rooms facing the street can be a bit loud, especially during rush hour. The Wi-Fi signal can be weak at times, making it difficult to connect.

The hotel we stayed at had a beautiful outdoor pool and stunning views from the lobby and some of the rooms. However, the location was quite far from the main centre and required a shared taxi ride costing around 50 baht per person. the room was clean with adequate amenities and the staff provided kind and helpful service.

The breakfast offered was not great and lacked variety compared to other hotels.
